Cinderella Solutions Scam??
For years I had been preaching to my mother about health and nutrition. A change in my diet and a commitment to nutrition had given me great results that had improved my health problems and appearance.
Often my mother had complimented me on my habits. So it drove me crazy that she would ignore my advice. Any super green supplement or healthy green powder I recommended would be considered with a curled lip and a rolling of the eye.
How could she not at least try Vitamineral Green or Enerfood! At least consider blending a fruit and vegetable smoothie as a healthy morning drink for breakfast. A Vitamix would be a one-time purchase that benefited the remainder of her life. Such thoughts of frustration raced through my head.
I suppose I was too militant in my persistence. That’s why people began calling me Health Jim.
I hadn’t seen my mother for a month or so until this past Christmas. When I went to her house I noticed a change in her appearance. She appeared healthier and thinner. She told me she had been implementing this new weight loss plan recommended to her by a friend in a work out class.
It was called the Cinderella Solution
The Cinderella Solution was designed by Carly Donovan. The creator describes herself as being a regular woman who was concerned about her failing metabolism and was determined to find an answer.
Basically, one of the reasons behind the success of The Cinderella Solution is that it wasn’t created by some fitness guru or a nutritionist who pays celebrities to endorse the product. Carly is a real woman who experienced the same problems affecting all women as they age and their metabolism slows down.
She didn’t resign herself to being plagued with the effects of ill health and a failed metabolism. Carly did her own research and developed a healthy weight loss plan that has inspired other women.
Presently. Carly is over 40 years old and claims to be in the best shape of her life.
Before I begin my Cinderella Solution diet review, let me state that I was skeptical when my mother mentioned it. I rolled my eyes, thinking “I don’t want to hear about this Cinderella Solutions scam.”
However, after listening to my mother’s praise I decided to research. The principle behind the Cinderella Solution is similar to other plans and endorses an overall philosophy that appeals to me.
The Cinderella Solution was designed specifically for women. Research has demonstrated that hormonal levels have an influence on a person’s body weight. Unhealthy fat is stored when the body has an insulin spike. The body produces insulin for the purpose of removing sugar from the bloodstream. Then, these sugars are then stored in the fat tissue.
Cortisol is another hormone that can negatively affect a woman’s weight. Cortisol is created when the body experiences stress. A hostile environment registers a process of preparation for escape. To escape the body needs fats and cabs. Hence, when the body is often put into a position of stress then more fat will be stored because of the cortisol hormone.
Essentially, the Cinderella Solution is designed to put a woman’s hormones into balance. Insulin is the easiest hormone to control. So, this diet plan for women offers a strategy that focuses on food combinations and eating times.
A series of low-impact exercises accompany this eating strategy. These exercises are enacted with the purpose of reducing stress levels and hence cortisol levels.
Through the process of eating certain foods while avoiding others, the goal is balancing the woman’s estrogen levels. A balance in estrogen will allow a healthier and more attractive distribution of weight throughout the body. The end goal is a toned, healthy body.
To reiterate, the Cinderella Solution is not designed for men. Men and women have different metabolic rates and hence different diets are more suited for each.
The theory behind this appeals to me. I reviewed a product called Lepitox and their philosophy appears similar. Lepitox focuses on reducing sweet cravings. The Cinderella Solution places a degree of focus on reducing these cravings. In theory, balanced hormonal levels would naturally aid in this process.
Many recipes, meal plans, food-pairing, workout videos, workout regimes, and a 14-day calendar are provided with the intention of making the implementation of an effective diet plan for women.

Cinderella Solutions Scam
Perhaps I would have believed there was a Cinderella Solutions scam if I hadn’t spoken with my mother and seen the results. She is even now considering purchasing a Vitamix.
Now, the Cinderella Solutions is not a miracle plan. In fact, no diet plan for women or anyone else is a magic pill. I’m skeptical of any fast weight loss plan.
However, if you’re willing to adhere to a strict regiment, do some light exercise training then the Cinderella Solutions should provide positive results. I believe for my mother, the diet plan provided motivation and a clear plan/strategy. I’ve discovered while learning a new skill (such as playing the guitar) or regiment that often it’s beneficial to seek an outside party for guidance. Often, you can flounder and waste time trying to discover a solution while someone else has provided an effective game plan.
